Inge Schaefer has a diverse background in insurance and finance in Australia and Asia. Working as a business development manager for CHU Underwriting Agencies Perth, she has experienced a steep learning curve, joining the strata industry over three years ago. Her motivation is the desire to be challenged, active and supportive as a business partner, fostering close and effective relationships to achieve positive outcomes.
Certified in change management, Schaefer believes she can add value by working with intermediaries in the ever-changing strata community. She is enjoying her active involvement with the Strata Community Association Western Australia (SCA WA) Industry Understanding Committee, as well as supporting the development of learning events, and promoting the engagement and exchange of knowledge across the industry. She is honoured to have been recently elected as a member of the SCA WA Board.
