She began her insurance career with CGU in 1994 and now has 23 years of experience working in the commercial sector, covering claims management, customer service, sales, staff development and training.
Stevens is a certified insurance professional. She is a senior associate at ANZIIF. She completed her advanced diploma of leadership and management at the Australian College of Commerce and Management in April 2022. Stevens was also recognised as one of Insurance Business Australia’s Elite Women for three consecutive years in 2020–22.
