Aimee Henderson joined the insurance industry in 2007 in New Zealand, beginning in a processing role with an insurer before moving to a large global brokerage in Wellington in 2009. Aimee learnt and developed on the job to become a broker in her own right and obtained a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) in 2012.
Relocating to Perth late in 2018 and taking time to settle, Aimee moved to Grace Insurance in 2020, taking up the challenge of not only servicing clients but building her own portfolio. She rapidly expanded her skills to sell insurance and win new clients.
At Grace Insurance, Aimee’s career has progressed in leaps and bounds, being promoted to Senior Broker in 2021 and then to WA State Manager in 2022. In 2021, she was a finalist for the CBN Network Rising Star of the Year Award and in 2022 was awarded the CBN Individual Authorised Representative of the Year Award and named a finalist in the Advisr Broker of the Year WA awards.
Aimee’s passion for her work is reflected in how she assists her clients and mentors junior staff starting their own careers in the industry.
