Kellie D’arcy has dedicated more than 18 years to the insurance industry, earning a reputation for trust, expertise, and steadfast client advocacy. Over a decade ago, she set out to create an insurance risk and advisory firm that would genuinely put clients first. That vision became Australian Elite Insurance Solutions (AEIS), which she built from the ground up. Today, AEIS is recognised for delivering tailored risk solutions and exceptional claims support, even in some of Australia’s most complex industries.
D’arcy’s approach is hands-on and personal. She and her team take the time to understand each client’s unique needs, from assessing exposures and arranging comprehensive protection to resolving claims quickly and fairly. Advocacy and service are always at the core of her work.
Her leadership has earned national recognition, including being named IB’s Top Broker in 2023, one of IB’s Elite Women in 2025 and a finalist for the Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards.
D’arcy’s five core values – honesty, transparency, integrity, loyalty and passion – are the backbone of AEIS. Through these values, she has built lasting relationships, ensuring every client feels protected, supported and valued at every stage of their journey.
