Wayne Tower has over 20 years of experience in the Australian commercial banking and insurance premium funding industries. He started his career with NAB in personal and commercial banking before joining Macquarie Bank in 2005. Throughout his 11 years at Macquarie Bank, Wayne progressed through several relationship management and business development roles to ultimately have responsibility for business banking’s commercial real estate segment. He then led the development of the healthcare segment for business banking, for which he was promoted to division director in 2016. He joined Macquarie Premium Funding in 2016 as general manager of sales, where he was responsible for a team of 30 across Australia and New Zealand.
As a member of the executive team, he played an important role in rebranding the business to IQumulate Premium Funding in 2019. Now CEO of IQumulate, he is responsible for the financial and operating performance of the business as well as building and maintaining a culture of positive teamwork and an environment aligned to business success.

Prior to joining IQumulate, Norman Uranie was the management accountant for Europcar Mobility Group (Australia/New Zealand) for eight years, where he developed his accounting and finance skills across different roles within the finance team. He joined Macquarie Premium Funding in 2015 as a financial accountant before progressing to financial controller eight months later. He was an integral part of the team during the transition from Macquarie Premium Funding to IQumulate, specifically with the implementation of the securitisation process and operational banking and finance process. His current role as Head of Finance involves management of the company’s financial functions, including compliance, budgeting and forecasting, audit and financial reporting.

Elizabeth Lawry has extensive experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams. She has held senior sales and distribution roles across various industries, including retail banking (mortgages) and telecommunications, before accepting a position at Macquarie Pacific Funding in 2016 as the head of sales, Southern region. Her role was focused primarily on raising the profile of the business in the insurance market, particularly on growing the portfolio by strengthening broker relationships. Since she was promoted in August 2019, she has led the Australian and New Zealand sales team and is responsible for broker engagement, sales proposition, and service delivery.

Tricia Kopka

Tricia Kopka has over 20 years of experience in leading operations teams across multiple sectors, predominantly banking and financial services. During her 10 years at Macquarie Bank, she predominately worked within business banking, managing multiple and varied teams across Australia. Tricia joined Macquarie Pacific Funding in 2013 as the operations manager for Australia and New Zealand, responsible for approximately 35 staff, in end-to-end operations teams. Tricia has played a role in rebranding the business to IQumulate Premium Funding and, in 2019, she was promoted to operations manager and project specialist. Since then, she has been a member of the IQumulate leadership team, responsible for leading the loan origination teams and working on core strategic projects to enhance processes within the company.
