Marita Elliott has worked in the Insurance industry for more than half her life, and this year will celebrate 10 years at Arch Australia. She’s immensely proud when she looks back on the company she has been a part of building. It’s a wonderful story of comradeship, all working together and striving for the same end goal. As a parent, her children have been brought up with Arch being part of their lives, especially during the days of COVID lockdowns when homeschooling and WFH became the norm.
Outside of that, the benefits provided by Arch made a big difference to her family every day, and for that she is extremely grateful. She spends a significant amount of time at work, often travelling and away from her family, but that is made easier when you love what you do and have amazing people around you. Arch provides that for her, and she is excited to see what the future holds.

The culture at Arch helps everyone feel that they are part of one team. Wood feels like she and her colleagues are all on the same page when it comes to wanting to provide excellent service to their customers and their commitment to their brand ethos “Pursuing Better Together,” but this is down to the culture that they’ve built as a team.
Arch is solution-orientated at its helm, and that message and culture has spread throughout the organisation, where everyone views challenges as opportunities.

Having been in the industry for numerous years, Jenet Shomshe feels like Arch is her home. It's not often you love where you work, but she can confidently say that Arch is a great employer that makes her feel comfortable with senior leadership with everyone getting involved and offering the benefits that support her day-to-day life.
The team in the Melbourne office is supportive and welcoming, which means they have a great time and positive environment to work in.

Moving to Arch a year ago made Rachel Green feel like she has finally found her insurance home. It has been great to be part of a company in Australia that celebrates birthdays, everyone being invested in the company’s trajectory, and the nimble way of operating where all ideas are heard. Green finds it so refreshing – all combined with having the large Arch brand behind the workforce, which has been fantastic.
The company benefits show Arch’s commitment to its employees’ health and wellbeing, which is supported by trust and flexibility on a day-to-day basis.
