Since 1984, BAC Insurance Brokers has demonstrated a commitment to serving its clients through insurance procurement, advice and advocacy.
From its beginnings as a family-owned company to merging with Steadfast in 2018, BAC quickly grew to become a respected leader within the Strata Insurance market.
By embedding its core values of excellence, integrity, collaboration and accountability into all facets of the organisation, BAC has built a team of more than 50 staff and a reputation it is proud of.
BAC contributes its success to an ongoing commitment to investing in people. The team is nurtured and empowered to fulfill BAC’s role of protecting apartment owners throughout Australia.
By creating strategic partnerships with key distribution channels, BAC delivers value-added insurance solutions and assists its clients to navigate what is often a complex insurance landscape.
BAC aims to become the standard of excellence for strata insurance in Australia, a goal it acknowledges will require ongoing growth, innovation, absolute client advocacy and employee empowerment to achieve.

Moving to Arch a year ago made Rachel Green feel like she has finally found her insurance home. It has been great to be part of a company in Australia that celebrates birthdays, everyone being invested in the company’s trajectory, and the nimble way of operating where all ideas are heard. Rachel finds it so refreshing – all combined with having the large Arch brand behind the workforce, which has been fantastic.
The company benefits show Arch’s commitment to its employees’ health and wellbeing, which is supported by trust and flexibility on a day-to-day basis. Culture comes from the top, and regional manager, Dominic Brannigan, drives a positive working environment and genuine care for employees, which is replicated throughout the company.
