Tracy Garrad is CEO of Aviva Canada. She has had a distinguished career holding senior roles in financial services, insurance and healthcare and is a member of the Insurance Bureau of Canada and Équité Association boards. As a passionate inclusion advocate, she was named Top 20 HERoes Women Role Models in 2021 and 2022 and was a member of the UK City of London Socio Economic Diversity Taskforce. Tracy was honoured with the Freedom of the City of London, UK in 2022 for her service and commitment to improving diversity in business.
