As HUB International Canada’s cyber practice leader, Jonathan Weekes is responsible for developing client-specific product solutions, advising clients on issues related to cyber risk, negotiating with insurers, and educating clients and colleagues on emerging technologies.
With over 14 years in commercial insurance with a focus on professional liability and cyber, Weekes brings extensive experience working with clients of all sizes and in all industry segments. He is also certified in Risk and Information Systems Control, allowing him to assist clients in their efforts to assess, quantify, and manage cyber risk.
In addition to his responsibilities leading Hub’s cyber practice, Weekes is also involved with several community organizations with a specific focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. He has held positions with colleague resource groups at several companies, contributing to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments.
