Matthew Cutulle is a RIBO-licensed commercial account executive with Mowen Insurance Brokers, where he specializes in construction and related industries. Since entering the insurance sector in 2021 as a claims advisor, he has built a strong foundation in claims handling that continues to shape his practical, client-focused approach to commercial insurance. He became a broker in 2022 and joined Mowen Insurance Brokers in 2024.
Cutulle holds a diploma in construction engineering from George Brown College and studied property and casualty insurance at Humber College, where he was awarded an IBTR scholarship. He has also completed seven of the 10 courses required to earn his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
Known for simplifying complex commercial risks, Cutulle is committed to helping clients make informed, confident decisions. He believes transparency is essential and advocates for regular policy reviews to ensure clients continue to receive competitive coverage.
