Aimee Henderson dove into the insurance industry in 2007 in New Zealand, initially as an assistant within large global brokerages. Over the years, she climbed the ranks, earning her stripes and eventually becoming a broker in her own right. Concurrently, she pursued her education, securing a Diploma in Financial Services (Insurance Broking) in 2012.
Henderson’s journey led her to Perth in 2018, and by 2020, she had joined Grace Insurance. She embraced the challenge of not only servicing clients but also building her own portfolio. Her dynamic skill set swiftly expanded, enabling her to sell and win over new clients. At Grace Insurance, her career trajectory soared, culminating in her promotion to senior broker in 2021 and further to WA state manager in 2022.
In 2022, Henderson clinched the CBN Individual Authorised Representative of the Year and the WBA Employee of the Year awards. Fast forward to 2023, she secured her spot on IBA’s Elite Broker, Elite Women and Top Brokers lists. She was also crowned the IBA Broker of the Year (Authorised Representative) and stood as a NIBA Broker of the Year WA finalist.
Henderson stands as a strong advocate for women in insurance and brings a profound passion for the industry. Beyond servicing her clients, she dedicates herself to mentoring junior staff embarking on their careers in insurance.
