Eliza White is a highly influential leader in the insurance industry, with a 15-year career spanning Australia, Hong Kong, China and Singapore. Her senior management and C-suite roles with major international insurers and brokers reflect deep technical expertise, commercial acumen and a strong track record of driving meaningful change.
While serving as managing director of Honan in Singapore, White completed her MBA – an achievement that highlights her dedication, discipline and commitment to continual growth. Balancing demanding executive responsibilities with advanced study, she has consistently demonstrated a forward-thinking approach in a rapidly evolving industry.
Over the past 18 months, White has played a pivotal role in the operational setup of domo Insurance, a startup brokerage redefining the Australian insurance landscape. She led the IT build and software development, creating a fully integrated, client-centric broking system – an industry first – which includes a comprehensive client lounge, digital proposal forms, asset registers and automated risk management tools. Her leadership also helped Domo qualify as an Early-Stage Innovation Company (ESIC) with the ATO.
Beyond her corporate achievements, White is deeply committed to community impact through her work with You Matter, supporting women and children affected by family violence.

A significant part of his focus today is staying ahead of regulatory change while maintaining a seamless client experience. He tracks updates from regulators and lenders closely and works with his teams to adjust systems as needed.
“My approach to my role and my career has always been rooted in passion, focus, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” he says. “I’ve never been driven solely by profit or business metrics. I believe in hiring great talent, trusting them, and pushing boundaries because innovation doesn’t come from playing it safe.”
His experience isn’t limited to Canada. Ibrahim has worked in the US and UAE, which shaped his global perspective and comfort with adapting to different markets. He thrives on risk, viewing setbacks as stepping stones to progress.
“I’ve always believed that if you love what you do, you’ll never settle, and that attitude has guided every decision I’ve made,” he adds.
