As trading director, Kate Bush leads Geo’s specialist lines business: agriculture, marine and leisure, and mid-net-worth. Having married into a farming family possessing hands-on insight and experience of the demands on farming and rural communities, she has a strong understanding of the sector’s impacts, highs and lows.
Bush, an ACII Chartered Insurer, has led her team through integrations, consolidations and platform migrations, creating Geo Underwriting’s strong brand and team with big ambitions for the future.

Neill Johnstone’s insurance career spans over nearly 40 years, of which 37 years were spent with Lorega Limited, a specialist UK managing general agency where he became CEO in 2010. As such, he has a proven track record in business leadership, guiding Lorega through a management buyout in 2015 and, more recently, Lorega’s acquisition by Geo Underwriting.
As trading director at Geo, his leadership role has expanded to include oversight of construction & renovation, specialist commercial, Lorega and PFP.

Gavin Pumford has worked in the insurance sector for over 20 years across both retail and commercial MGAs. He has extensive experience in managing strategic transformational programs, optimising operational excellence, M&A integration, large-scale systems development/consolidation programs. As change and operations director, Pumford is responsible for managing strategic transformational change, alongside BAU change and operations across the Geo Underwriting estate.

Graham Clark is commercial director at Geo, where he is responsible for driving the strategic growth of the MGA, alongside leading acquisition and integration activity. He previously led Navigators & General, the specialist marine insurer acquired by Geo in 2024.
Clark brings extensive experience from his time at Zurich, across both the UK retail insurance market and global specialty lines.

Paul Tye is an experienced insurance executive with more than 35 years in the UK insurance market, spanning insurer, broker and MGA environments. As underwriting director at Geo Underwriting, part of the Ardonagh Group, he leads underwriting performance, governance, capacity strategy and technical oversight across multiple specialist businesses.
Tye has extensive expertise in delegated authority, insurer relationship management, underwriting and product governance and alternative risk transfer structures. He has led strategic capacity negotiations, M&A due diligence and the implementation of governance frameworks. He is generally recognised for combining technical expertise with commercial leadership and strategic delivery.

Natalia Child began her career in insurance in 2012 and, since then, has worked in both underwriting and private client broking. She is chartered, has an advanced diploma in insurance and has a law degree.
Passionate about education, Child is responsible for delivering the CDP program and the Contract Works Academy, designed to upskill renovation knowledge and increase confidence across the sector.

With over 30 years of experience in the finance and accounting sector, Maxine Owen has worked in a wide variety of industries, including private medical, vehicle, transport and education. When she joined Renovation Underwriting in 2017, Owen brought with her a deep understanding of corporate treasury and the foreign exchange/money market, along with the management of multi-currency exposure with inter-company transactions. She is also an affiliated member of AAT, the professional body for accounting technicians.

Kimi leads the Estate Planning and Wealth Protection team and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
