Simon Dawe’s career in insurance began in 1997, when he joined TH March and first worked in the Plymouth office’s commercial department for six years. He was promoted to account executive in 2003, relocated to the Birmingham office, was subsequently promoted to associate director and then naturally progressed to a regional director role. In 2018, Dawe was appointed as sales director.
As part of his ongoing professional development, Dawe earned his CII diploma in 2006 and his ACII designation in 2019. In June 2022, Dawe was appointed as the managing director of TH March.

Richard D’Agostino is TH March’s product development director. He also manages the company’s Glasgow office.
After completing his degree in business management, D’Agostino joined Stenhouse/Aon, where he worked in the technical audit department. He gained his ACII designation prior to joining TH March in 1989.
As part of his ongoing professional development, D’Agostino successfully attained the Chartered Insurance Broker and FCII designations before completing an MSc in risk management and insurance at Glasgow Caledonian University. He has also been awarded the title of Chartered Insurance Risk Manager from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Mark Smith is the non-executive director of TH March. He remains the chairman of the company after a long-standing career as the broking director for the TH March Jewellers Block account.
Smith joined TH March in Plymouth, Devon, in 1987 in the commercial department before moving to London in 1992. Since then, he has dealt exclusively with Jewellers Block insurance and its associated products, in addition to facilitating the operation of the company’s Lloyd’s markets.
Smith is a Chartered Insurance Broker and has an ACII qualification.

Lilian Vanvieldt-Gray has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years and is a longtime community activist who uses her experience, influence and passion to bring about positive change. As Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) at Alliant Insurance Services, she leads efforts to promote diversity, equity and inclusion within Alliant and throughout the insurance industry, with a focus on awareness, training and mentoring. Vanvieldt-Gray is also one of the country’s foremost brokers in the education space, leading the Alliant Kindergarten to Community College (K-14) Public Entity program.
Vanvieldt-Gray is a stage-3 breast cancer survivor. She currently serves as director of the Susan G. Komen Leadership Foundation in San Diego and was the organization’s Honorary Breast Cancer Survivor of the Year in 2018.

In his role as COO of Alliant Insurance Services, Peter Carpenter is responsible for managing all day-to-day aspects of the company’s operations and attracting the industry’s best and highest performing sales professionals. He has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined Alliant in 2008, when it acquired ClearPoint, a Seattle-based employee benefits consulting firm that he cofounded and where he served as CEO. Prior to founding ClearPoint, Carpenter served as vice president of sales and marketing for a large regional insurance brokerage firm and as a group representative for Sun Life Insurance Company.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Colby College in Waterville, ME, where he majored in government and Spanish.

She currently serves as the Assistant Vice President and DE&I Manager at Alliant, where she designed and helps execute the company's six-pillar diversity strategy, is the day-to-day DE&I contact and acts as a thought leader for Alliant leadership.
Her former roles as Global DE&I Plan Project Manager and Diversity & Inclusion Senior Coordinator at global law firm Hogan Lovells allowed her to be a part of a function that executes diversity efforts across 55 offices in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific.
