Simon McGinn serves as the CEO of DUAL Corporate Risks, where he is responsible for helping to drive ambitious growth objectives. With 31 years of industry expertise, McGinn’s journey commenced as a graduate at Commercial Union in 1992. His career has been marked by diverse roles, primarily within the UK general insurance market, with notable positions at Aviva and Allianz.
During his impressive 19-year tenure at Allianz, McGinn undertook various executive responsibilities. These included serving as Trading Director for the North and Midlands, General Manager for commercial and personal businesses and culminating in his role as the CEO of Allianz Commercial. Additionally, he held a key position on the UK PLC Board, showcasing his multifaceted contributions to the company’s executive leadership.

Caroline Stone is the Chief Risk Officer for DUAL Corporate Risks, where her responsibilities encompass overseeing the risk and compliance teams. Additionally, she holds a seat on the board of DUAL Corporate Risks Limited.
Before joining DUAL in October 2022, Stone amassed substantial experience in financial services. Notably, she served as the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at BGL Insurance, showcasing her expertise in managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. Stone’s professional journey encompasses roles in retail insurance broking, mortgages, savings, credit cards and a credit reference agency. Commencing her career as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG, she brings a comprehensive and well-rounded skill set to her role.

Isabelle Peterkin, appointed in October 2017, serves as Director of Underwriting Performance and Management for DUAL Corporate Risks. With a 20-year underwriting career starting at XL Catlin in 2003, she brings extensive experience in the US and international property markets. Responsible for UK underwriting governance and capacity arrangements, Peterkin also manages DUAL’s relationship with Kennedys. From 2018 to 2021, she successfully led DUAL’s Brexit solution, showcasing her strategic leadership and problem-solving skills in navigating complex challenges.

With an 18-year tenure at Hiscox, her roles included serving as the Brexit business solutions lead and CFO/COO of the MGA business unit. Ince's extensive experience positions her as a key driver in ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth for DUAL since joining.

Rebecca Bramley, appointed Head of Human Resources at DUAL Corporate Risks in 2013, initially began her career in the Howden Broking HR team within Howden Group before transitioning to DUAL’s HR team in 2015. Leading the HR team, she has played a crucial role in supporting the business through various stages of change, transformation and growth. Bramley focuses on empowering, engaging and enabling teams to reach their full potential. Her leadership ensures the achievement of business strategy and plans through the delivery of effective people solutions. Leveraging specialist support from the wider HR team, she manages talent acquisition, HR operations, rewards, leadership and learning initiatives.

Paul Kneafsey joined DUAL Corporate Risks in 2021 and assumed the role of Interim CEO of KGM Underwriting Services in August 2023. With a 30-year underwriting career, he held an active underwriter position for two Syndicates and a Lloyd’s SPA. Kneafsey’s experience extends to serving as an interim CEO for a Lloyd’s underwriting operation. As the former Head of Casualty Insurance, International Casualty Treaty and UK Motor Portfolio, he founded and chaired Lloyd’s LMA international professional indemnity and medical malpractice group. Additionally, Kneafsey served as the managing director and leader of a successful UK MGA, showcasing his expertise in underwriting, claims and operational areas, particularly in casualty, financial lines and global specialty classes.

Julie Adams-Moore assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer for DUAL Corporate Risks in December 2023, following her tenure at KGM Underwriting Services, which became part of DUAL Group in 2021. With a wealth of industry and finance experience, Adams-Moore brings 10 years of specific industry expertise and an overall finance background spanning 20 years. Her previous roles include serving as Finance Director at KGM Underwriting Services and overseeing broker service team operations and data strategy. Prior to this, she held several operational and commercial senior finance roles at Towergate Insurance Broking for over five years. Since beginning her career as an auditor at PwC, Adams-Moore has accumulated diverse finance disciplines through positions at high-growth, private equity-backed companies across various industries.

Alan Telford became the Group Chief Underwriting Officer at DUAL Corporate Risks in 2021, contributing over 35 years of extensive insurance experience to the organisation. Over the course of his career, Telford held various senior underwriting positions, notably with Royal Sun Alliance and, more recently, Liberty Specialty Markets. At Liberty Specialty Markets, he served as the Chief Underwriting Officer of the commercial division in London, overseeing both financial lines and property and casualty. Telford’s wealth of experience positions him as a valuable asset to DUAL, bringing strategic insight and leadership to the group’s underwriting operations.
