Pamela Wheeler is an accomplished leader with three decades of experience improving diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) outcomes for employees, clients, partners, and communities. She works with leaders across NFP, building from the solid DEIB foundation in place, to move the organization forward with deliberate action, measurable results, and continuous refinement. Her prior experience includes work with National Football League Operations, the Women’s National Basketball Players Association, the Continental Basketball Association, and Bob Woolf Associates/Arnold Communications. Wheeler is also a lecturer at Columbia University’s MS Sports Management program and serves on the board of the US Center for SafeSport.

Ginnette Quesada-Kunkel directs the full spectrum of NFP’s human resources activities. Quesada-Kunkel is also a member of NFP’s executive management committee. Mary Steed drives NFP’s people-first experience, which prioritizes well-being, belonging, and impact. She partners with NFP’s business leaders to ensure strategies and programs attract, engage, and retain top talent. She is also responsible for all HR field operations, talent management, recruiting, and community and charity initiatives.
Since joining NFP in 2008, Steed has progressively taken on more responsibilities. Her 25+ years of experience working in HR across a range of industries, paired with her knowledge of NFP’s rich culture and history, positions her strongly to help define where the organization needs to go to support its employees and culture.

Mike James drives the strategic direction of NFP’s sales organization. He leads a salesforce of 350+ that generates over $500 million of new revenue each year and fuels total revenue approaching $3 billion annually. He is a member of NFP’s Executive Committee and an executive sponsor of the NFP/Aon integration strategy for driving sales and revenue growth. He also plays an active role in NFP’s DEIB strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to NFP leaders.

Suzanne Spradley is responsible for spearheading NFP’s corporate compliance initiatives emphasizing the company’s commitment to legal and regulatory compliance, integrity, and business ethics. Her primary areas of focus are legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, corporate ethics, legislative affairs, interactions with government agencies and corporate compliance communications. Suzanne also chairs NFP’s ESG Committee, a diverse and dynamic committee that brings perspective, expertise, and accountability to NFP’s sustainability initiatives. Spradley has over 23 years of insurance industry experience.

Tandra Davis joined NFP in 2021 to lead the company’s procurement function. In this role, she develops strategies and guidelines that drive value, efficiency, and results. Davis excels at creating and executing solutions that increase cost savings and profitability, streamline processes, and mitigate risk with NFP’s key suppliers. Her experience leading transformational initiatives for large organizations and across industries drives her ability to collaborate effectively within NFP and enhance operational success.
Davis also has a diverse background that includes global strategic sourcing, category management, real estate portfolio management, complex contract and lease negotiations, and supplier relationship and risk management.

Josh Wozman joined NFP in 2021 as a senior-level communications specialist and leads public relations efforts primarily through promoting and protecting the company’s reputation. In his role at NFP, he establishes comms strategies for the brand and business lines, advises executives, business leaders and key contributors on media relations best practices, and manages agency teams.
Wozman’s career trajectory includes tenures with well known-brands, both in-house and agency-side. He serves additional leadership roles at NFP as a member of the Marketing Leadership team, Coordinated Incident Response Team, and DEIB Advisory Board.
