Timothy W. Horton is the president of USG Insurance/USG Holding, a national wholesaler of property and casualty insurance with offices throughout the country. He oversees the operations and strategic development out of the Canonsburg, PA location, including the in-house marketing/advertising department, IT department, several corporate managers, and a local branch production office. His contributions built the footprint, distribution, products, training, infrastructure, and technology of USG since 2001.
Horton proudly served as Sergeant in the US Marine Corps before starting his career in the insurance industry, which spans over 31 years.

Jerry Horton is the chairman and CEO of USG Insurance/USG Holding, a national wholesaler of property and casualty insurance with offices nationwide. He oversees corporate strategy development out of the corporate home office in Tampa, FL, which includes the accounting department, compliance and licensing, and a local branch production office. His vision and strategy created the plan for the footprint, distribution, products, infrastructure, and technology of USG since 2001. Horton’s expansive career prior to creating USG includes positions in claims, clerical, and underwriting roles, where he has worked his way from the ground up.

Peter Burrous, chief marketing officer at Johnson & Johnson, has been with the company for 19 years. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1981, he spent 20 years in various sales and marketing positions at The Coca-Cola Company. He joined J&J in 2003 to build an industry-leading sales and marketing team. He and his team are responsible for agency partnerships and the overall sales and marketing plan.
Peter is a member of the Trident United Way Tocqueville Society. He lives in Mt Pleasant, SC with his wife, Catherine. They have four children – Peter, Bradford, Leslie, and Web – and now have their first grandson, with a second grandson on the way. Peter is an avid pilot and enjoys traveling, boating, and skiing in his off time.

Steven E. Craig is the chief financial officer at Johnson & Johnson. After practicing tax law for 15 years, he joined J&J as CFO in 2010. He lives in Charleston with his wife, Molly. They have three children: Steven, Macy, and Michael.
