Contributing to a team that has driven over $100 million in annual revenue, Taylor believes her greatest professional strength is her perseverance.
“I have the ability to turn a negative response into a positive one, and I never stop working until I finish a task. I strongly believe that giving up is never an option, and I can handle any challenge that comes my way.”
As a successful insurance professional, Taylor hopes to use her influence to inspire others across the industry.
“My vision is to create a legacy that fosters equality for women, especially women of color and those who defy societal norms. My aim is to unlock doors for people of all backgrounds, regardless of gender, race, or ethnicity."

"It’s about helping people who are leaving prison or jail to access opportunities like jobs, health insurance, and education," says Taylor.
Understanding the role mentorship played in her own career, the partnership strategist strives to use her expertise to promote financial education.
“I believe in education, especially educating marginalized communities about life insurance and things they haven't always had access to. That's very important to me,” shares Taylor.
“As a Black woman in the insurance industry, I try to create a path for myself and others who share my experiences and identities. I use my unique perspective and experiences to improve our business and connect with our customers. It is what drives my passion.”
