Julie Whitley is a seasoned operations leader with a passion for building infrastructure that supports business growth and innovation.
Over the past 16 years with Alliant, she has played an integral role in supporting Alliant’s growth through the development and launch of key resources and systems. This includes the build-out of over 20 specialized practice areas such as compliance, analytics, employee communications, and more.
A recent standout achievement is her leadership in reimagining Alliant’s Employee Benefits agency management system. Using Salesforce’s Financial Services module, Whitley spearheaded the design, customization, and implementation of Client Central, a system that centralizes client data and workflows. Her work has garnered industry recognition, including an invitation to speak about the project at the 2024 Dreamforce convention.
Outside of her professional contributions, Whitley is deeply committed to philanthropic efforts. She supports the Alliant Insurance Foundation and serves as an Executive Sponsor for the Women at Alliant Employee Resource Group. She also actively gives back through board roles and charitable fundraising.
