Profile
Jessaca (Latteier) Finn is the employee benefits practice leader for HUB Southwest’s Arizona market. In this role, she brings strategic vision, creative problem-solving, and comprehensive solutions that elevate every aspect of the employee experience. As practice leader, she connects conversations across all facets of risk management, breaking down traditional silos so HUB clients consider how benefits, risk, and culture work together. Her holistic approach helps organizations design and deliver benefits programs that protect, support, and empower their workforce, align benefits strategy with broader business and growth objectives, and intentionally reflect and reinforce company culture.
Before joining HUB, Finn served as vice president of operations for a regional brokerage, where she led strategic initiatives, guided the service team, and developed the next generation of insurance consultants. Earlier in her career, she sat on the buyer’s side with a national trucking company, managing clinical operations, negotiating benefits, and implementing population health and risk management programs.
Drawing on experience that spans clinical leadership, business coaching, and consulting, Finn brings a unique 360-degree perspective to every client relationship. She has walked in the shoes of many of the organizations HUB serves and understands the business, financial, and cultural drivers behind their employee benefit decisions.
