Jen Tadin is the global small business practice leader at Gallagher, where she drives enterprise-wide growth and transformation for small business and personal insurance across the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. In her current role as president, US retail small business and personal insurance, she oversees national property and casualty operations, scalable growth strategies, and the continued expansion of Gallagher’s global small business platform.
Her passion for serving entrepreneurs is personal and lifelong. Raised in a family-owned restaurant, Tadin saw firsthand that small business owners are true “chief everything officers.” That experience continues to shape how she leads and how she expects her teams to show up for clients – offering practical, consultative risk advice, strong claims advocacy, and responsive, seamless service.

Over the course of her career, she has built and scaled high-performing sales and customer experience teams, modernized traditional broker models, and delivered meaningful productivity gains.
