Krystal Boggs is the president of RT Specialty’s Phoenix office, where she leads a team of more than 80 professionals. With nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, she is known for her skill in handling complex placements – including $100 million excess limit towers – and for finding creative solutions in a continually evolving market.
Her impact, however, goes well beyond technical expertise. Boggs is a hands-on, people-focused leader and a committed mentor, dedicated to building an inclusive culture and helping new talent grow into successful, long-term careers. She is also an active champion of diversity in the industry, including through her involvement with organizations such as Arizona Women in Insurance (AZWINN).
Outside of work, Boggs is deeply engaged in philanthropy. She co-chaired a record-breaking fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters and has sponsored wishes through Make-A-Wish Arizona for three consecutive years. Her combination of strategic vision, community commitment, and passion for advancing the insurance profession makes her a standout leader and an influential voice in shaping the industry’s future.
