Luz Wolford is an agency manager with Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual company, where she leads with purpose, resilience, and an unwavering belief in the potential of people.
Since beginning her career with the company in 2011 as a sales representative, Wolford has consistently distinguished herself as a top performer. Over the years, she has earned recognitions such as the Lamplighter Award, Pursuit of Life Leaders, Pacesetter, and multiple wins in the Mulligans Summer Sales Contest. In 2016, she rose into the top 5% of Choice producers nationwide as a Lead Sales Representative.
Her leadership journey accelerated in 2020 when she became sales manager of the Houston office, and in 2022, she was promoted to agency manager, leading the Fort Worth market to significant growth and a regional life insurance contest win. Her exceptional leadership and impact were further recognized in 2023, when she was honored as Manager of the Year, one of the company’s highest distinctions.
Wolford currently serves on the Manager Council and is an active member of the Amigos ERG. Deeply committed to mentorship, she has partnered with Comparion to develop Spanish-language marketing materials and recruiting videos, expanding access and representation. Guided by a passion for developing new agents and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures, she relocated to Atlanta in 2025, where she now leads the Atlanta market and continues to champion coaching, growth, and empowerment.

For my career overall, my attitude has been one of curiosity. A significant part of his focus today is staying ahead of regulatory change while maintaining a seamless client experience. He tracks updates from regulators and lenders closely and works with his teams to adjust systems as needed.
“My approach to my role and my career has always been rooted in passion, focus, and a relentless pursuit of excellence,” he says. “I’ve never been driven solely by profit or business metrics. I believe in hiring great talent, trusting them, and pushing boundaries because innovation doesn’t come from playing it safe.”
His experience isn’t limited to Canada. Ibrahim has worked in the US and UAE, which shaped his global perspective and comfort with adapting to different markets. He thrives on risk, viewing setbacks as stepping stones to progress.
“I’ve always believed that if you love what you do, you’ll never settle, and that attitude has guided every decision I’ve made,” he adds.
