Molly Nickoles is the chief executive officer of Property at AmRisc, where she oversees all three divisions and provides strategic direction for approximately $2 billion in gross written premiums across both admitted and surplus lines markets. Her leadership has been central to reinforcing the company’s reputation as an industry leader.
Earlier in her career at AmRisc, Nickoles served as team manager and later chief underwriting officer of Builders Risk, where she helped grow the product’s in-force premium to more than $300 million. A strong believer in developing people, she helped create AmRisc EDGE, a program dedicated to identifying, engaging, and preparing future leaders. As executive sponsor, she promotes a collaborative, growth-minded culture across the organization. She also champions the Maverick program, which gives new brokers a solid foundation in wholesale business and underwriting.
Nickoles leads with a core focus on integrity, service, and innovation, guiding AmRisc through challenging market cycles by prioritizing strong partnerships and disciplined, high-quality underwriting.
Outside of her corporate role, she is actively involved in the community. She supports AmRisc’s pillars of Corporate Citizenship, Child Welfare, Veterans’ Prosperity, and Disaster Relief, and volunteers with Forward in Faith Ranch, the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama, and First Light Shelter.

Through mentorship, active participation in networks of women C-suite leaders, and initiatives like Fortegra’s Network of Women (N.O.W.) program, she is helping build clearer pathways, stronger support systems, and broader possibilities for the next generation.
