“We are like a speed boat that can make fast changes and quick manoeuvres when needed,” adds Bray. “We are the opposite of clunky, and clients love the winning drive of our entrepreneurial team.”
Being a boutique firm, ORM’s key leader is Bray, and he is proud of his developing team of up-and-coming insurance all-stars. Bray came from the big, corporate insurance world; he has taken strategies learned there, implemented them, and empowered clients to get more value-added services and quicker response times. This has helped with both client and employee attraction and retention.
“Our strategy is to help owners and CEOs by delivering custom insurance programs tailored to their needs on an ongoing basis,” says Bray. “We have excellent people to work with – bright and with great attitudes and a sense of urgency – as well as top professionals underwriting their business, a hyper focus on performance at the highest levels, and more value-adds under one roof than even the largest of firms.”
