Joseph Cook is an Insurance Consultant and Practice Group leader at The Arizona Group, an independent insurance brokerage based in Mesa, Arizona.
After beginning his career with a large publicly traded firm, he discovered a passion for helping businesses protect what they have built. He was drawn to a more personal, relationship-driven approach and excited by the opportunity to support the growth of a mid-sized firm, which ultimately led him to join The Arizona Group.
Today, Cook works closely with business owners and organizational leaders to develop insurance and risk management strategies that align with their goals. He is passionate about helping clients understand their exposures, evaluate their options, and make informed decisions about their coverage.
Beyond serving clients, Cook is highly focused on creating pathways and resources for the next generation of insurance professionals. He is actively involved with Young Risk Professionals, Young Insurance Professionals, and Northern Arizona University to support education, mentorship, and career development within the industry.
Cook is a proud husband to Nicole and father to Oliver. He is honored to have been recognized as a Rising Star and views the award not as a destination, but as a responsibility to continue learning, leading, and serving others.
