Samantha Manfredini Look is a member of Aon’s Financial Services Group, where she serves as assistant employment practices liability practice group leader. In this role, she monitors employment practices liability (EPL) and wage and hour litigation, settlements, claims trends, and regulatory developments. She is also one of the primary authors of a quarterly publication that provides updates on EPL and wage and hour claims, legal developments, and market trends. She joined Aon’s Financial Services Group in 2015.
Look holds degrees in international studies and religion from the University of Iowa and earned her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2013.
Outside of work, Look enjoys college football, distance running, paddle tennis, and CrossFit. She completed the Chicago Marathons in 2018 and 2019, as well as the Milwaukee Marathon in 2019 and the Lakefront Marathon in 2021 as part of TEAM PAWS. These days, however, she spends more time keeping up with her toddlers than training for marathons.
