David Sloves and Darrell Young launched Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services in 2012. Its flagship program, Nonstop Health, delivered convenient and equitable high-quality healthcare coverage to nonprofit organizations, empowering employees to make communities happier and healthier places.
“Today, we regularly work with nonprofits, trade groups and small businesses to provide first-dollar coverage and better health benefits for employees and employers, connecting employees with equitable, ultra-competitive health plans without copays or deductibles,” says Sloves.
Nonstop distinguishes itself from other providers by aiming to dismantle the “skin-in-the-game fallacy,” which leads to high-deductible plans that frequently lead to care avoidance. On the other hand, Nonstop Health offers clients significantly reduced out-of-pocket costs to employees and frequently 8% to 10% savings on premiums to employers without requiring changes to brokers, carriers or providers.
Rich with talent, Nonstop’s leadership comprises:
“We’re dedicated to serving the client and members and act as true partners, imbuing honesty and transparency in all of our work and ensuring our employees are dedicated to Nonstop’s organizational mission”
