Juliette Burke
Vice President, Compliance
Juliette Tetley-Burke didn’t always plan on a career in insurance. For 10 years, she worked as a teacher. When she decided that a career change was in order, she learned that Jeff Arnold needed someone with an education background for corporate training. After several interviews, she decided to become a licensed insurance agent and accepted the position. That was almost 15 years ago, and she has been working in the industry ever since. “Understanding insurance is a process that never seems to end. Learning more about the policies, state regulations and ever-changing technology is a full-time endeavor, but a challenge I truly enjoy,” she says.
When she first started working as an agent, she specialized in flood insurance, but her specialty has broadened significantly. As the vice president of operations, she does walk-ins, phone calls, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and scheduling. She continues to assist the clients she’s acquired over the years and helps when other agents are dealing with difficult situations. She’s willing to take on unusual scenarios, and she enjoys resolving whatever problems come her way.
She has a bachelor’s degree in education from UCSD, as well as a CISR designation, and is working toward her CIC designation.

Jeff Arnold markets himself as a thinker, author, human and dad, but he’s also the founder of four-time IBA Top Insurance Employer RIGHTSURE and, as you might guess, a bit of an eccentric.
While many insurance professionals repeat the cliche that they just “fell into” insurance, Arnold fell into many unique roles before taking the big leap. After working as a teen on a tobacco farm in western Kentucky, he joined the army and then pursued drama and acting in Hollywood.
“I had been doing minor local TV stuff, stand-up comedy in different clubs throughout the southwest and a few military base tours,” says Arnold. “I had zero gigs lined up and needed to eat, pay rent and put gas in the car. So, like any young man desperate for work, I responded to an ad for an insurance salesman in beautiful Tucson, Arizona.”
He soon fell in love and became obsessed with insurance. One thing led to another, and he leveraged his insurance insight and entrepreneurial drive to launch several joint ventures.
Currently, Arnold and his “famously friendly humans” deliver comprehensive coverage – “everything from pets to jets” – to clients across 42 states from RIGHTSURE headquarters in Tucson. In his spare time, Arnold serves as a school board chairman, helps feed the homeless and builds houses in Mexico and Africa.
The secret to RIGHTSURE’s success is culture and internal identity.
“True company culture can be embraced without knowing about an org chart, pandering to the shallow ego of an executive, or digesting a core values pamphlet,” says Arnold. “When the culture is real, you will know it. Your people will know it, and others will flock to your company to be a part of it.”
The company’s cutting-edge progressive culture not only features a female-led executive team but also an eye on leveraging the latest technology to continually deliver outstanding service.
RIGHTSURE harnesses artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform the customer journey. Everything from greeting clients to generating quotes to onboarding new clients is supported through their unique service center.
“When you focus on the clients’ needs and expectations at every part of the journey through your firm, you will notice a thousand opportunities to deliver a ‘moment of wow,’” says Shaun Monet, vice president of finance. “We are keenly aware of how clients move, how policies are engaged with and how money moves throughout each part of the consumer journey, and we intentionally infuse each step with a moment of ‘wowness.’"
One example of the insurtech’s technology is RightRater, an auto insurance tool used across the US that returns auto insurance options in 90 seconds or less. In the five years since its launch, the technology has been used by more than 300 auto dealers and 60,000 policyholders, generating almost $100 million in premiums.

He retired from a “large name brand” insurance company. Knowing that he wanted to continue to work, he joined RIGHTSURE in 2017 as an independent agent. Almazan’s area of expertise is in the commercial arena, but she has created a good business catering to a niche market of hard-to-place personal and commercial line clients.
