Patrick G. Ryan, a widely respected entrepreneur and global insurance leader, formed Ryan Specialty in 2010. Prior to launching Ryan Specialty, he founded Aon Corporation and served as its chairman and CEO for 41 years. At his retirement, Aon had more than 500 offices in 120 countries, generating revenues in excess of $7 billion.
Ryan has received numerous accolades, including the esteemed Horatio Alger Award, which honors those who are dedicated to the principles of integrity, hard work, perseverance and compassion for others, and the Brigham Young University International Executive of the Year for Corporate Integrity. He has been elected to the International Insurance Society Hall of Fame and, in 2019, was inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame for his contribution to the Finance and Insurance Specialists sector of the automotive industry.

Timothy W. Turner has had an extraordinary career spanning more than 35 years, providing leadership, expertise and service within the insurance industry. He joined Ryan Specialty in 2010 to create and develop Ryan Turner Specialty. Under his exceptional strategic leadership, RT Specialty is now one of the top wholesale distributors of specialty insurance in the industry and is known for its expertise and outstanding client service.
Prior to Ryan Specialty, Turner was the president of CRC, one of the largest wholesale insurance brokers in the US at the time. He began his insurance career as a casualty broker with A.J. Renner & Associates in 1987.
Before joining the insurance industry, Turner served on the Wayne County SWAT Team and was an undercover narcotics officer with the Narcotics Cocaine Task Force with the Michigan State Police.

Jaime Almazan, ChFC, CLU, CPCU, senior agent at RIGHTSURE, has been in the insurance industry for 32 years. He has worked in many facets of the insurance industry. He retired from a “large name brand” insurance company. Knowing that he wanted to continue to work, he joined RIGHTSURE in 2017 as an independent agent. Almazan’s area of expertise is in the commercial arena, but she has created a good business catering to a niche market of hard-to-place personal and commercial line clients.

He holds a BA in History from Rhode Island College and esteemed designations such as CPCU, AIC, and API. Crozier’s dedication to service extends beyond insurance; he’s a former U.S. Army Infantryman and officer. As the operations officer for a 3,500-Soldier Infantry Brigade Combat Team, he served in the Florida Army National Guard. With extensive experience, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to service, Crozier contributes to Orion180’s growth and success.
