Leadership
Rekha Skantharaja joined Tangram in 2009 as a senior executive in sales, operations and underwriting before being named president in 2013 and later CEO. She began her career in 2001 in San Francisco at a brokerage focused on building management liability programs for Fortune 100 companies. She also led the distribution and business development for a well-known insurance company with nearly more than $500 million under management ($300 million in the healthcare and long-term care space).
Skantharaja is a graduate of Boston University, a member of the Young Presidents Organization and a board director of the Bay Area’s largest non-profit performing arts center. She is also very active in amplifying the voices and upward mobility of women and minorities in the industry.

Rekha Skantharaja
Tracy Bernard joined Tangram in 2018 as SVP of strategy and program development. She oversees the expansion of new and existing programs, captive management, and data and analytics. She brings 20 years of industry experience, including the management of underwriting and operations at an MGA, the development of global reinsurance programs at a national broker, and the building of alternative risk structures.
Prior to joining Tangram, Bernard led the underwriting, reinsurance and strategy on a more than $200 million book of program business for a large national MGA. She also coordinated the strategic use of reinsurance to minimize the inherent volatility of the portfolio.
Bernard is a graduate of Georgetown University, where she earned a BS in Business Administration.

Tracy Bernard
Krissy Kyjovsky joined Tangram in 2010 as an underwriter. She quickly learned the ropes, working in every program and building specializations. She was promoted to underwriting manager and later VP and SVP of underwriting. Since 2018, she has overseen all aspects of underwriting and program management. She is responsible for relationship management with all carrier partners and ensuring that all programs are profitable and operate within the underwriting guidelines established by Tangram and the carriers.
Kyjovsky began her career in 2004 on the brokerage side as an account manager and producer. She is a graduate of Dominican University, where she earned a degree in Psychology.

Heidi Wolf
Senior Vice President, Operations
Heidi Wolf joins Tangram after more than 20 years of progressive experience in the industry. She started her career at Great American Insurance, where she started as an underwriter and later held various positions within the organization, including her role as a senior business developer. In 2011, Wolf accepted a position with Norman Spencer, an MGA and wholesale brokerage. She managed underwriting programs, product development and operations, as well as oversight of the offshore team. Through an acquisition in 2019, her role was elevated to lead operations for Constellation Affiliate Partners. Through another acquisition in 2021, she was asked to direct operations for Legacy CRC programs and CAP programs at Starwind Specialty.
Wolf attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business and holds a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation.

Francisco Moraga has 14 years of insurance experience, with the last four years working at RIGHTSURE. In 2007, he began his career in the insurance industry at an independent agency. Since that time, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility throughout several insurance organizations. He is the sales director for the RightRater sales division of RIGHTSURE. Along with his property and casualty insurance license, Morage holds several educational insurance certifications, in addition to his accreditations from both Harvard University and Columbia Business School.

Jaime Almazan, ChFC, CLU, CPCU, senior agent at RIGHTSURE, has been in the insurance industry for 32 years. He has worked in many facets of the insurance industry. He retired from a “large name brand” insurance company. Knowing that he wanted to continue to work, he joined RIGHTSURE in 2017 as an independent agent. Almazan’s area of expertise is in the commercial arena, but she has created a good business catering to a niche market of hard-to-place personal and commercial line clients.

Scott Crozier, who joined Orion180 in January 2023, brings a strong passion for leadership and service to his role. With more than 25 years of experience in property and casualty insurance operations, he has expertise with national, regional, and Florida-specific insurers. Crozier held leadership positions in underwriting, customer experience, product development, and sales. He holds a BA in History from Rhode Island College and esteemed designations such as CPCU, AIC, and API. Crozier’s dedication to service extends beyond insurance; he’s a former U.S. Army Infantryman and officer. As the operations officer for a 3,500-Soldier Infantry Brigade Combat Team, he served in the Florida Army National Guard. With extensive experience, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to service, Crozier contributes to Orion180’s growth and success.
