Timothy Horton is the president of USG Insurance/USG Holding, a national wholesaler of property and casualty insurance with offices throughout the country. He oversees the operations and strategic development out of the Canonsburg, PA location, including the in-house marketing and advertising department, the IT department, several corporate managers, and a local branch production office. His contributions have built the footprint, distribution, products, training, infrastructure, and technology of USG since 2001. Horton proudly served as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps before starting his career in the insurance industry, which spans over 30 years.

Kessel is the president of the WSIA Diversity Foundation board, chair of the Insurance Club of Pittsburgh I-Day, mentor at Strong Women Strong Girls, and media coordinator for the Pittsburgh Center for Childrens’ Advocacy Social, in addition to her responsibilities as VP of operations.

Along with his property and casualty insurance license, Morage holds several educational insurance certifications, in addition to his accreditations from both Harvard University and Columbia Business School.

Jaime Almazan, ChFC, CLU, CPCU, senior agent at RIGHTSURE, has been in the insurance industry for 32 years. He has worked in many facets of the insurance industry. He retired from a “large name brand” insurance company. Knowing that he wanted to continue to work, he joined RIGHTSURE in 2017 as an independent agent. Almazan’s area of expertise is in the commercial arena, but she has created a good business catering to a niche market of hard-to-place personal and commercial line clients.
