Leandra Heil’s ultimate goal is for her retailers to know that they can always reach her. Regardless of whether she is in the office, on vacation or away on business, she wants them to know that she is just a call, text or email away. For Heil, maintaining relationships with her agency partners is the key to success. She appreciates the calls and in-person meetings.
Prior to joining Jencap in 2019, Heil spent seven years on the retail side of the industry. She wrote personal and commercial lines of business while building a book of business and making lifelong friends along the way. In 2016, Heil was awarded PIIAC’s Young Insurance Professional of the Year. A year later, she obtained her CISR designation.
Since joining Jencap, Heil’s leadership and drive have built a book of transportation and garage businesses. Her organizational skills, ambition and communication have been beneficial in helping grow the company’s transportation business. Her main goal is to continue to grow, learn and exhaust all options for her clients.
Aside from her time at the office, Heil enjoys spending her days with her family, most importantly with her two grandsons. Her summer weekends are spent on her Harley.
