Rajan Shah serves as the president of RT Specialty – Dallas and has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. He focuses on the sports & entertainment and hospitality sectors, having crafted several exclusive coverage programs for professional athletes, entertainers, live events and more. Shah has also created programs for risks in tough dram shop states and in difficult legal climates.
Before joining RT Specialty in 2010, Shah was with Crump Insurance Services, where he was an entertainment and sports wholesale specialist, growing Crump’s sports & entertainment book exponentially.
Shah has been recognized multiple years in a row as an RT Specialty Top Broker at RT Specialty’s annual broker conference, including recognition in 2022. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in risk management.
