Insurance is something that was bred into Thomas Lynch from an early age. From his teenage years in high school, Lynch was working in a retail brokerage office that is now his client and at the time was a client of his father at RJW Brokerage.
In college, Lynch split his time working at his father’s property, MGA, First Capitol and with one of his clients, wholesaler Demetriou General Agency. He was hired out of college by NIF Group, now Jencap.
Insurance has been a lifestyle for Lynch because, for him, you truly get what you give, much like anything else in life. He believes that activities, hobbies, relationships and goals all require consistency, showing up and hard work. He met some of his closest friends in the industry at Jencap, on the carrier side and with his retail clients.
Lynch truly loves helping fix his clients’ problems, reaching goals with his carrier partners and working as hard as he can to ensure his teammates and future hires all benefit from the same opportunities he has gotten.
